Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CHARVIKON TRAINING & RESEARCH CENTRE, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions related to our educational and training services.

1. Course Enrollment and Fees

Once the student completes the payment and enrollment is confirmed, the course fee is generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Before Course Start

If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment and before the commencement of the course, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

3. Cancellation After Course Start

No refund shall be provided once the course has started or once access to classes, study material, online sessions, or digital resources has been granted.

4. Duplicate or Excess Payments

In case of duplicate payment or excess amount paid due to any technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Course Cancellation by the Institute

If CHARVIKON TRAINING & RESEARCH CENTRE cancels a course for any reason, the full amount paid by the student will be refunded.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
